Terms and Conditons
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Famill IT Pty Ltd, ABN 63 003 209 603.
- Order & Delivery
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Famill IT.- All orders will be confirmed by email within 24 hours and normally ship to Australian customers within 2-5 business days.
- Goods are invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. Famill IT may vary prices in the event of price changes or if mistakes are made by suppliers. In this case, Famill will advise you of this change before delivering the goods and you may then cancel the order if you wish.
- We also reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time, due to errors, omissions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- We will notify you under any of the above circumstances.
- Any items on back-order will be further confirmed by email and an ETA provided.
- Any lengthy delays for standard items, due to circumstances outside our control, will allow the customer (or us) to request a cancellation for that order/item.
- Famill IT or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Famill IT as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the goods.
- If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, we may charge you additional delivery fees.
- Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
- Your payment will only be processed once your order is ready for shipping.
- Warranties
All products, unless noted otherwise, are sold with the full warranty of the manufacturer. Please check the warranty conditions in the product specifications for details. If you have a problem, you may either contact the manufacturer directly or arrange a return through us. Postage/freight costs will normally be paid by the customer. - Prices & Payment
If you do not have an account with us, we will accept payment by:- Cash - All cash sales can be picked up by arrangement once the goods are available.
- Company cheques - Cheque payment orders may be subject to 3 days clearance time, before shipping.
- Direct Deposit into our bank account.
- Visa, MasterCard & BankCard. - All Credit Card payments will be subject to authentication, before processing.
- Money Orders All orders paid by Money Order will be processed as soon as it is received.
- We can also arrange leasing or rental agreements if you wish.
- Each order consists of:
- The price of the goods
- A delivery or handling charge.
- You will be advised of the delivery charge by Famill on the order confirmation you will receive and before delivery is made. You may cancel and order at any time up to its shipment. Once shipment has been made, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Freight costs are not refundable.
- Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to Famill is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
- Any return for credit or exchange may be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 14 days of delivery. Goods cannot be returned fro credit if they have been opened or used.
- Returns and Refunds
Famill offers:- A 7 day returns policy from date of invoice on all unopened products..
- A 7 day returns policy on "Dead on Arrival" or "Damaged in Transit" products. Any product which arrives damaged or fails shortly after sale (up to 7 days from date of purchase) is considered DOA. We can only accept goods that were purchased from Famill IT.
- All returned goods must be in new condition and have their complete packaging intact.
- All goods to be returned, whether defective or not, will require a Return Authorisation Number (RA) before they can be returned. This can be obtained by contacting Famill’s Customer Service Department on (02) 9898-1198 or by emailing service@famill.com.au. Once an RA is issued, the goods must be returned within 14 days or may not be accepted.
- If a product is not defective or damaged and is not returned to us in the original unopened packaging, it will be returned to you at your cost.
- Returned goods claimed to be faulty and subsequently found to be in good condition will incur a $100 service charge or restocking fee.
- The customer agrees to cover courier charges for returning products, except when it is faulty or damaged in shipment.
- Pictures
Famill endeavours to include up-to-date pictures of all of products on the web site. However, pictures displayed may differ from the actual goods. - Liability
Any liability of Famill in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Famill be limited to:- The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods
- The supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
- Changes to Terms
Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. Famill may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms and conditions each time you place an order. - Applicable Law
All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
